Technology can be an incredibly powerful tool. But with great power, comes great responsibility.
As with every tool, we need to know what to use it for. We can drill fifty large holes into the wall to hang a picture. But, if nobody needs to hang a picture, the whole exercise becomes pointless.

who is this for?

This is why we believe in user focus. We believe in refining prototypes in short iterations. Usually, the problem is not clear when you start something. You think it is, but often it is not. It is the exchange – the back and fourth between users, developers and designers – which distills the problem. With each feedback round, you get closer to what users actually want and need.
And, no surprises on submission day.

But working agile does not mean that we don’t have long-term goals anymore. It does not mean that we don’t track anymore. It rather means, that we become more realistic about our plans. We refine the understanding of the tasks and the development speed. Thus, we revise how much we can achieve and by when. Yes, changing plans are uncomfortable, but better to adapt early than to continue on the road to disaster.

Keeping track of past iterations, outstanding tasks and deadlines requires discipline. We like documenting. We love uniting different information to a useful whole. We have created and established tools to deliver high-quality work.

Working towards a successful solution requires trust. We need to build this trust together. We need to sit together and get attuned. We must make sure that we have a common goal and the same priorities – in each iteration.

Only then, we can go ahead and do our work:
We develop iteratively.
